The basis for an ENTERPRISE computer station
This is the late 1990's NEC LCD1530V 15" Flat Screen Monitor, 1024x768 - 60Hz VGA Monitor... which is no longer manufactured.
This specific model was used in the production of StarTrek "Enterprise" as a smaller monitor / computer work station throughout the Enterprise set. Captain Archer had one in his quarters, as did Sub-Commander T-Pol, and various places through the ship.
They can still be had through e-bay and occasional lot sales of store used property closeouts. They were widely used by kiosk stations in electronics stores, for example.
Above: The "Real thing" as seen in the Star Trek the Experience museum.
Below... My home made versions of the same thing.

Left: In this image is the half finished monitor running the background screen I created with both Windows "Paint" and Adobe PhotoShop.
The right image is the finished piece.
I got it fairly close, eh!?

I created my own "Romulan Tal-Shiar" Military Harness. It is an old heavy black rubber floor mat ["Drideck" - made in Florida] cut into strips and then zip-tied together, with grey vinyl 'Naugahide' strips woven through the spaces. I got the Romulan "eagles" from an enthusiast in Alaska (off of e-bay) awhile back. They had stiff coat-hanger wire molded into them for mounting. Several hours of cutting the floormat zip-tying them together, weaving the strips through the floormat, and it's done.
I made these Klingon style handcuffs from hard wood, added the metal hoop, hinges, screws and a magnet closure, and painted it up. It's an exact duplicate of the screen used one. I had in my hands long enough to do a CAD drawing of it. (click on the image below for the CAD drawing) It's deceptively easy to make.
