"Liam the Long Lost"

Presents:

A "quick" guide for making any forehead appliance / head piece.

(…these proceedures can be applied to any type of appearance ... )

[ Look it's me, Ma'k! ... and not any amount of makeup on my actual face!! ]

So…you want to have a perfect fitting forehead...

...that YOU designed for the shape of YOUR face?

Here's what I have for suggestions of the cheapest way to do it! (by doing it yourself) Read the following instructions all the way through …and see what you are getting yourself into!

This set of instructions are specifically imaged and describes proceedure for the "Bumpy Head" (a.k.a. "Klingon") crowd. However - Making pointy ear tips or Bajoran nose ridges or Romulan brow shapes would be the same process.

Taking a casting of the forehead...
Making the "Positive"...
Creating a sculpting on the positive...
Making the mold of the sculpting...
Turning it into a wearable forehead...
Adding hair in the right places...
Wearing and Removing the whole thing...

AUTHOR's NOTE: These pages are my "Intellectual Property". However : "Klingons" and "Star Trek" are not. So . . . I do not mind you making copys of this material. Print these pages out and pass them around as you will, just make sure to include me (Liam - madwulf.com) in your credits. . . . -Thanks. These instructions you are now reading are from the accumulation of experience of many previous successful castings. My mistakes were learned the hard way, from failed castings and moldings and clumsy attempts. I've been quite successful with what I have figured out with recent castings. I have simply set out to give you a good idea of what I do, to do this. These instructions are not definitive, nor from a Professional. Just from a humble hobbyist "Bumpy-Head" creator who wants to share his experiences - so others do not make the same mistakes when doing it this same particular way. [I have had no formal training.] Have fun and create your own personal "Bumpy-Head".
